Z5150A,Z5163B,Z5180B Box Type Drilling Machine

Box type vertical drilling machine is universal general purpose machine used for drilling, reaming, spot facing, counter boring, boring and tapping operation etc. The automatic reversing function and inching feed make it very convenient for machining blind holes and hole depth setting. They boast high efficiency, high rigidity, high accuracy, low nose, centralized operation, full speed range and easy maintenance.
For model Z5163B and Z5180B, the base can be used as worktable. Thus, high workpiece can be machined with the main worktable dismantled.
Z5140B with fortified spindle can be used for boring operation directly. With centrifugal frictional clutch set in the main drive system, the reversing shock is minimized, functionating torque overload protection. This machine has the function of tool-withdrawal by push rod.
